Feature Change Request

Hi, a small annoying thing in an otherwise brilliant product. The splash screen on startup is modal, and if you have quite a few entries in the product it takes a while to start up. The result is that I cant carry on working while the product starts up, because I cant access information behind the splash screen. It's a bit like sitting behind a really tall guy in the movies.
