RDP Diplay (mode)

RDP Display settings has today this chooses: External,Embedded (tabbed), Undoced.
Can you add Default so the users can use the value under options…Types..RDP..Display mode, This settings are there already but you cant chose Default in RDP.
In the same way it works for screen sizing mode?

Hello,

In File -- Options -- Types --RDP when Display Mode is set to Configured the configuration in the session will be used. Otherwise, if you change it for Embedded or any other options, this setting will be your default configuration.

Indeed, it's the same configuration for screen sizing mode.

This is an 90% solution, you lose the ability to override it by user or local settings like you can with screen sizing.
And it is easier to get the users to understand what they can if it is done the same way for different settings.

I had a chat with the engineering department and we add this feature on our to-do list.

Hello,

We haven't been able to fit this feature on the roadmap before, but we'll reprioritise it. We still have a few things to iron out from the release of 2020.3 but I've assigned a developer to the ticket. We'll update this thread once we have something done internally.
