Accidental batch edit of entires in private vault

Hi,

one of users did something with private his vault entries and they are gone (entry exists but no value). Is there a way to do some kind of rollback? RDM 14.1.3.0, DVLS 6.1.3.0, MS SQL database.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't have any built-in tools to restore session from the Private Vault like you would be able to do in your Shared Vault.

You would either need to re-enter the information manually or restore a backup of your database, since you are using DVLS, you can send a quick email to ticket@devolutions.net and we will assist you with that.

we have managed to save the data from older database in test environment :-)
