O365 web log in not working

Which version of RDM and what type of Data Source are you currently using?

Also, if you are opening your Web Browser entry in embedded mode, you won't be able to populate your username and your password in Office365.
The two step authentication prevent us from sending your credentials in embedded mode.

To avoid having this issue, I recommend setting your Web Browser entry to open in external mode and to download our Devolutions Web Login extension.
This extension will allow you to fill your credentials in external mode. It can be downloaded here:https://devolutions.net/home/browserextensions
