Help with Putty Connection Error

I recently upgraded my workstation to Windows 10. I am using a SQL database as a data source so all of my connections got restored, including all my putty connections. I also backed up / restored my putty sessions using regedit. I can see all the connections in putty and am able to connect to them inside putty.

When I try to connect to them inside RDM, I get the following error message:

When this message appears, the putty window actually still opens in the background (even though I have embedded selected) and it's connected to my session.

When I turn on the debugger messages I get the following:

Specs:
Windows 10
RDM Enterprise v14.1.3.0 64-bit
Putty 0.70 64-bit (installed via chocolatey)

I was previously able to connect before upgrading to windows 10 with no issues. As mentioned, I can still connect to my sessions in and out of RDM except I just have these errors popping up. How can I resolve this?

Thanks

Hello,

Sorry for the delay of my response.

We recommend using our own SSH Shell session type to establish SSH connections. Our code is based on putty, so if it's working in Putty, it should work in RDM using this session type - https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/sessions_sshshell.htm

Could you give it a try?
