RDM Go Offline unavailable.
Hi,
For some of our users Go - offline mode is unavailable.
I tried following,
From the options ->application start->automatically go offline
From options->Advance-> Always show go offline button.
But some users can not see the go-offline button from File menu. Go offline button on Right bottom Corner dose not work either.
There is only one security group and the use have view access to it.
There are multiple roles to restrict folder view.
Any idea why ?

Hello Pesala,
From one of the computers with the issue, go to File -- My Data source information and click the envelope at the top left of the screen.
We will receive a detail report of the configuration and it will be easier to identify the issue.

This issue of the unavailable offline button seems to be related to the usage of an old version of RDM (13.6.2) connected to DPS version 6.1.3. Because of ongoing environment update, this customer needed to restore the old DPS version because it was impossible to update RDM. When his environment will be up to date to support latest versions of our products, we will again update to latest versions. The issue shouldn't happen anymore with the usage of the right combination of RDM and DPS.
