Customize format/colour for active sessions

In the left navigation tree pane, I have a bunch of RDP entries. If I'm connected to them, the entry is bolded. I want to change the format of the RDP entries that I am actively connected to, perhaps a different colour or underline. 
I know you can customize this PER entry here using the "Fore color" setting:
But I don't want to do this per entry. I want to set a default that applies to all entries, including new ones that I create in the future.

Do you mean when it's connected, you can to customize the look?

Yes.
Basically, I have 1000+ entries in the navigation tree on the left. I want to easily identify what entry is currently active / focused. So if I am currently viewing the session entry "RDP Session 1", then I want this to be highlighted in the navigation tree on the left.
