Hi
Is there any way to enable 2FA for RDM on more than one computer for the same user? When one of our users tried to enable 2FA on his second computer with RDM he go a new QR-code and that seem to override the first one and when enabling on the second computer it is not possible to log in on the first computer. Is this the way it is intended to be. Several users at our support use RDM on more than one computer since they need to connect via VPN to some sites and that cuts of connection to our internal network.
Thanks.
Hello,
What RDM version are you using?
What data source type are you connected to?
Have you set the Google 2FA on RDM (File - Options - Security) or on the data source configuration (File - Data Sources)?

Hello,
A workaround could be using RDM as portable in a Dropbox folder. It will be important that RDM is opened only on one computer for the same user. And each user needs its own portable installation.
The following online help page describe how to use RDM as portable.
