Centrify MFA

Hello. I'd like to know if it's possible to configure RDM to login to a server using Centrify's MFA product. The normal login process fails and I have yet to figure out how to get it connected to a server with MFA.

The process is...

1) Ask for username
2) Ask for password
3) Menu of MFA options....Phone/Authentication/Email/SMS, etc

Looks to me like RDM is waiting on the command prompt to successfully know it's logged in. With the MFA in the way it just fails.

Am I missing something? I even tried to zeroing out the username and password so as to login just like a putty session when you get the prompt. No luck.

My preferred session type is Putty SSH Shell (Rebex).
