Support on-premise Bitwarden with custom URL

It would be great if the Bitwarden plugin supported the use of on-premise installations of Bitwarden, not only the cloud version.
We are looking into RDM for the whole site using Bitwarden integration, but have seen that it doesn't support custom URLs.
I don't think that the API is different, only the URL changes, so it shouldn't be a major change.
