RDM 14.1 crashing on some RDP sessions?

RDM 14.1 crashing on some RDP sessions?

avatar

Ive just hit a new problem with some of my sessions via RDP. Everytime i try to open these specific entries my RDM app just crashes without any notification of any kind? But most of my other RDP entries connect without issues?

Ive not changed any settings in these RDP sessions so am unsure where to start looking to troubleshoot this? I did recently upgrade to the latest release though but i cant remember if id actually used these RDP sessions with this version or not though?

Any ideas? I will try installing from the last version i have which is 14.0.11.0.

Hello,

If you check your logs by going to Help --> Application Logs, can you see anything relevant to the crashes?

Also, if you duplicate one of the entries that crashes, does the duplicate crash as well?

Best regards,

Hello,

According to the crash report, your issue seems to be related to an issue linked to the OS itself.

Could you please run these two tools?

-SFC Scannow : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
-.Net Framework Repair Tool : https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=30135

Best regards
