Google Authenticator not accepting code

Hi,

I am trying to setup 2-fa authentication for a colleague in Options > Security > Require Google Authenticator > Configure.
When we add the QR code in Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, the 6-digit code will appear but when we use it it doesn't accept it.

We have tried this multiple times, do you know a solution for this?

Hello,

What data source type are you connected to?

Could you please check if the both workstation and mobile device clocks are synchronized? If there is a gap of more than 30 seconds, it will not accept the code.

Hi Erica,

Excellent, we have it resolved thank you.
The laptop and phone had an exact gap of 30 seconds, this is now resolved.
