Local and online data source missing

Local and online data source missing

Hey team,

I've logged in this morning and looks like RDM is missing my configs. Jumped online to Decolutions Cloud and cant see any of my backups there either.

Please send help. Stumped for what to do next.

Hello,

Which version of RDM are you currently using and could you please provide me your Devolutions Cloud address?

In order to regain access to your entries, you could create a new Devolutions Online Drive instance in RDM.
Doing so, you should be able to see your entries.

Version: Enterprise 14.0.6.0 64-BIT

This sorted me out but still unsure how the local source went missing.

Realised I was looking in the wrong place for the backups to restore from. I ran the restore from RDM and it connected me to the cloud backup.

Glad to see that this information was helpful to you.

Usually, this type of issue occurs when a system scan from an antivirus wipe the content of your configuration file stored in your %LocalAppData% under the "Devolutions" folder.

is it possible that this is what happened?
