Some of you may encountered RDM crashing issue with several RDP sessions opened for no any particular reason.

After digging the Microsoft Event Viewer, you may find the following:

Faulting application name: RemoteDesktopManager64.exe, version: 14.0.6.0, time stamp: 0x5bf5869b
Faulting module name: Windows.UI.XamlHost.dll, version: 10.0.17134.319, time stamp: 0xb6116fca
Exception code: 0xc0000409
Fault offset: 0x0000000000001e8c
Faulting process id: 0x3e0c0
Faulting application start time: 0x01d48cd56956dc2f
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Devolutions\Remote Desktop Manager Free\RemoteDesktopManager64.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\Windows.UI.XamlHost.dll
Report Id: e36318de-e480-4325-88f5-85a6e96dde45
Faulting package full name:
Faulting package-relative application ID:

This result occurs because of a “crash” with .Net Framework.

The current issue has been addressed to Microsoft and they are looking at it

I’ll keep you post on the development of this issue with Microsoft.
