Currently we have setup with our version of Devolutions the following folder structure
Country Folder --> Customers --> Folders A - Z --> Customer Folder
Example
AUS --> Customers --> A --> Apple Computers
AUS --> Customers --> B --> Bright Computers
Where Apple Customers and Bright Computers are our clients.
I Would like the role Service Desk to be able to Edit the entire folder structure.
I would also like role External Consultant to be able to view certain customer folders.
How do I accomplish this?

If you are using RDM 13 or 14, this can be accomplish using the Permissions.
