Hi There,
When I import into remote desktop manager from a vrb/vre file that was exported from visionapp 2011 the host field is blank but, only for Putty type connections. Telnet and RDP entries map the underlying IP addresses correctly. If I take the visionapp entries out to CSV all of the entries import into desktop manager but, with the wrong connection type. They come in as RDP (the default) instead of Putty or SSHShell. Several attempts to edit the import headers based on https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/importcsv_strategies.htm#csv-samples does not resolve either of these issues. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Matt,

can you provide a dummy export file to test the behaviour? Whats your RDM version?
What did you set as connection type - SSH Shell ?

Hi Matt,

if you own the Enterprise Version, it is also possible to create a template before the import. At the import process you can select then the template:
