Quickly switch between last session

Is it possible to add a feature where you can double click on a session tab/entry, and it'll jump to the last session entry? Kind of like the tab switching feature used in Vivaldi browser.

Sometimes, I have too many sessions open and I may switch between 2 sessions constantly. Sure, I can undock one session and put that on one monitor and have the other session running on another monitor. But sometimes, I may need to just quickly jump between them, without having the sessions undocked on separate monitors.
