Unable to retrieve MAC addresses

The computer must be in your LAN and in the same subnet.

Do you have a special configuration ?

I have had no success with any machines, even my own. I am the local admin on all our machines too. They are all in the same subnet.

I tried an uninstall of RDM but that did not seem to get rid of the settings.

Don't uninstall it, maybe it's a firewall problem. I use this API to get the information:

I don't know if this could help but I find out that when trying to get MAC from 2000 server OS it is not working.

While 2003 work (same segment)
