Did Folder colors get removed recently?

I was working with a co-worker installing RDM for the first time and was telling him you can change folder colors in properties. However, when he did and went to User Interface, there was no options like regular objects. I checked one of my colored folders and noticed I couldn't change it so I was wondering if it was removed or did the option get moved somewhere else? Thanks!
