WYSIWYG editor in notes

We'd like a html WYSIWYG editor in the overview tab of notes, and documentation tab for entries that support this feature

The markdown edit WYSIWYG is good, but a fully featured html editor would be ideal, especially if the same features were available across the overview tab (notes) and documentation tabs.
