Cannot connect to 1Passowrd Vault or RoboForm

Hi, I updated to RDM 14.0.1.0 Enterprise Edition but I'm not able to use 1password/Roboform integration.
For 1password I configured the personal URL exactly as I can see into my Security Emergency Kit from 1password account, but it always promp the same "unable to retireve 1password crdentials!" error.
From my 1password web account I saw a new login access from my computer, so some kind of login was made...
any idea?

Hello,

Did the 1Password Web integration work before updating RDM? What does your URL look like? For most users you don't need to enter a URL since we already support the default 1Password Web servers (if you choose global/europe/canada in the dropdown).

What issues do you encounter with Roboform?

Hi, no I stopped trying to work with 1password integration when I read that it was supported only in beta version.
I updated today the RDM version and I saw the new feature implemented, so I tried one more time but with no luck.
I tried with custom url:


and also with default:



But I always have this error:



With Roboform






What is this about?

For your 1Password, is the product "1Password Teams"? We implemented it very recently as it's a little different from the regular "web" version of 1Password, so it might still have a few issues to work out.
