Change Default Installpath with CLI

Is it possible to change the Default Installation path for RDM with a Parameter?
I tried with msiexec TARGETDIR and INSTALLDIR Parameter, but RDM was still installed in the Default path.

You can install RDM using the .zip file by following instructions for the Portable installation.

This option does not match our requirements, the software should be installed like any other software, because our inventory tool would not catch RDM as installed software.
What solution you can offer me here?
