RDM not registering that TeamViewer connection is closed

Hi,

We have a single user, where RDM doesn't register when he closes a TeamViewer connection.
He then needs to close RDM and re-open to be able to re-connect.
I can't replicate the issue on my own computer, even though it is the same version of RDM (13.6.7.0) and TeamViewer (13.2.14327).

Any good idea on how to troubleshoot this, and possibly how to solve the issue?

Hello,

Not sure to understand what you mean by RDM doesn't register when closing TeamViewer connection.
Could you elaborate?

Maybe you can send us a small video of the issue?

Hi Jeff,

I have attached a screenshot, which I hope will help understand the issue. If not let me know and I will see if I can provide a video.

Whenever you start a connection the icon changes to a green circle with a white arrow pointing right. When you disconnect the icon should change back to the TeamViewer icon. However for this particular user, the icon stays at the green circle, even after closing TeamViewer. This means that he is unable to reconnect to the connection, unless he closes RDM and re-opens it.

Hello,

How do you end your session exactly?

Does a Force Refresh, using CTRL + F5, solve this issue?

If that is not the case, could you please go to Administration -> Data Source Settings -> General and uncheck "Allow entry states" to see if it solve this issue?
