As discussed over the chat Devolutions Online Database, since yesterday, require RDM 12+. Please upgrade to RDM 13.6.7.

For security reasons, we have updated our cloud API and because of these changes, RDM versions below 12 will encounter connection issues like mentioned in this thread.

For users of RDM 11 and below, we recommend updating RDM to the latest release of RDM, which can be download here
