Unable to Connect to your data source when adding new users

When i try to add a new user to the Users list in RDM i'm getting the attached error that i don't have permissions to perform this action. I'm Administrator within RDM and database owner on the SQL server. We run version 13.6.7.0 of RDM and SQL 2012 in a DAG environment. Even if i use the account which created the database i'm getting the same error. Please advise what we can do to fix this.

Hello,

Make sure the database user you are using has the "ALTER ANY LOGIN" privilege granted at the server level. Setting the "With Grant" setting will also be useful to be able to create other administrator.
