ADAL SQL Library required by RDM is old

Newest SMSS installs most recent ADAL SQL Library which for some reason is not be able to used by RDM
Uninstalling and installing 2016 version works for RDM, however it is a matter of time when this will be forced for Azure Users.

Could you try to install RDM 13.9.4.0 and see if it's working with this latest release?
