Feature Request - Entry Type "File Explorer"

Hello,
In connection with the File Explorer as an entry type, I have following requests:
-Is it possible to enable a navigation-field in the File Explorer, which makes it possible to search files/items?
-Is it possible, to customize, which column should be selected, when a session with the File Explorer is started?
For example I would like to define, that the "Date Created" column, is selected by default.
