Remove "Do you really want to open 'n' sessions?" prompt

When highlighting multiple sessions in the nav pane and right-click>Open, the prompt appears.

Can you make the "Do you really want to open n sessions?" pop-up box user specific? Perhaps show a "do not show this again" checkbox.

this is already possible - you can find the Confirm on multiple sessions open option here:

File => Options => Advanced
