Myself and my colleagues using RDM v 13.6.7.0 (and previous versions, at least since 13.x.x.x and possibly before) have frequent crashes of RDM when trying to launch an RDP session. This generally happens 1-2 times per day, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. The crash is always in the same manner.
1. Several RDP sessions are already open (varies from 3-20 sessions, doesn't seem to be related to memory consumption)
2. Select new RDP session from list, and either click Open Sesssion, or double click to launch
3. Spinning wheel appears, RDM crashes after ~15 seconds.
The following event log message is generated (same each time - see attachment).
We are using a shared database on SQL 2017.

Hello,
As per the error details you provided, the faulting module is Windows.UI.XamlHost.dll
You encounter the same issue reported in this thread already https://forum.devolutions.net/topic29166-frequent-crashes-on-.aspx
As you can see in that thread, the same issue is present in MRemote.
The proposed solution is to try FreeRDP as the RDP engine to see if you encounter the same issue with this protocol.
To do so, go in File -> Options -> Types -> RDP and change the RDP engine to FreeRDP.

Jeff Dagenais
Since I have a Dell XPS 15 9570 I see problems when using the two-finger scroll vs. the mouse scroll inside all RDM windows. It is most obvious (and comparable) in HTTP connections via chrome. have a look, in both screencasts, I scroll constantly with the touchpad, every second or so.
@Team Alcodes,
Not sure to understand you issue here.
Does RDM is crashing using the two-fingers scroll on your laptop?
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
