LastPass

I'm testing the LastPass Add-on and I notice two things that are bugs in my opinion. If RDM is open and a new credential is added to LastPass I am unable to select it. There's a refresh in the LastPass credentials list but it doesn't work. Secondly it doesn't show sub-folders that are created under the main folders. We user LastPass Enterprise which allows for Shared folders between coworkers. Sub-folders under these folders do not show up in RDM when selecting credentials using the LastPass Add-on.

Can this be fixed please?

Regards,

Stefan

Hello,

What version of RDM are you running?

What type of data source are you using?

Version 13.6.7.0 and the Datasource is Azure SQL.

Hello,

After some testing I noticed that indeed, newly created credentials in last pass doesn't appear if Remote Desktop Manager is already open.
I reported this issue to our engineering team straight away.

The case number is DEVO-414

As for your second issue all of our sub-folders are shown, could you show me with screenshot what doesn't appear in RDM ?

Kind regards,

Samuel Laurin

Here's a screenshot from the LastPass window in RDM and LastPass itself. It only shows the top level shared folders and no sub-folders.

Hello,

As you can see in the picture, i can see the full sub-folder sections.

Could you try setting up test folder organisation that you can show to me on both side (RDM and LastPass) so that we can reproduce your situation more precisely.

Kind regards,

Samuel Laurin
