Hi,

I work for an IT company and our costumers are external.

Normaly when we open as example the chrome extension an VPN is automaticly connected.
For the web plugin you need the "Login (web)" extension which doesn't include the function to connect an VPN.

Is there an workaround? One where we can use the web plugin and the VPN without extra clicking?

Hello,

With a Login (Web) entry type, there is no workaround to automatically open a VPN.

You can use the Web Browser (HTTP/HTTPS) entry type that includes the settings to open a VPN. This entry type works with Devolutions Web Login browser plugin.

It is possible to convert the Login (web) entry type into a Web Browser entry in Edit - Edit (Special Actions) - Change Type.
