Creating a custom Permissions report
I would like to create a report similar to the built-in Permissions report, but I want to list all users individually instead of only listing roles.
I tried to do a database query (I'm using SQL Server as a data source). The information I need to link users to roles is in the Data column of the dbo.UserAccount table. It appears to be in XML format, but SQL Server doesn't recognise it as XML and throws an error.
Is there a way to extract this data in a usable format?

We are looking into what might be possible to do within RDM (new report or what not).
We are communicating via private messages. Since this involves SQL statements. We try avoid posting SQL statements on the forum since sometimes they are taken out of context and can get people into trouble data consistencywise.
