Hello,
when I delete a folder, then the cursor / focus jumps back to "next level" / "parent" folder.
But when I rename a folder, then the cursor / focus jumps back to the "highest level" / root folder.
That bothers me a lot. Especially when you're at the bottom of the tree.
Can you adjust the behavior as when deleting a folder ?

Hello,
I will check with an engineer about this behavior.
In the mean time, as a workaround, press the F2 key on the selected folder to rename it in the navigation pane instead of opening the folder properties dialog. This should do the trick without having the focus moving to the root folder.

Hello Erica,
most the time, we change more than the name.
And in the past, this has sometimes been a problem with F2.
Duplicate Folder etc.

After a discussion with an engineer, this behavior is a tough one to change.
A ticket is already opened and for future references, the ticket number is DPS-1921.
I will keep you updated about it when any new information is available.
