Make all Credential Repository selection boxes a usable size.

When a Credential repository is being specified the drop-down selection box needs to be wider to facilitate selection of the proper credential.

This example shows a LogMeIn Portal Login example where the selection box is too small. It needs to be re-sized similar to the Host Login box.
