Reference in Documentation tab

Hello,

is there any option to create the link to another database entry in documentation tab? Not open the session, but something like Go To Dashboard.

For example:
Server1 is VM on Server2. So I have this information written in documentation tab of Server1 and will be fine to have direct link to Server2 dashboard.
