It seems CloudBerry Remote Assistant is going to be a perfect alternative to expensive TeamViewer. It would be nice to have an option in RDM to create and initiate CloudBerry Remote Assistant's sessions the same way like TeamViewer works.
Do you know if they have a command line for the integration?

Hello,
We're currently in contact with the CloudBerry team and they're working on a command line for their application. We'll hopefully be able to integrate with their application soon.

Perfect, I've already created tickets on both sides :)

Hello,
Good news, Cloudberry Remote Assistant's latest release supports the command line. A new entry type will be added in the next RDM beta and with it you'll be able to connect to Cloudberry RA with RDM.
The entry in RDM has only one field for the link. The link can be generated by running CloudBerry Remote Assistant on your remote machine with the command line "configUnattendedAccess", so for example:
"C:\CloudBerryRA\CloudBerry Remote Assistant.exe" configUnattendedAccess
This will generate a link which you can enter in the entry's settings in RDM. For more information, you can check Cloudberry's online help here: https://help.cloudberrylab.com/cloudberry-remote-assistant/cli
Please let us know what you think once the feature is available.
