Hi all,
When I try to update my RDM, I got this error.
I use the latest .msi file (13.6.7).
"There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor"
If I use the .exe, the update is going fine.
What does it causes that ?
How to fix ?

I will try to reproduce this issue in my environment, I will contact you as soon as I have any update on that matter.
In the meantime, could you please tell me on which version of RDM you were on prior to the upgrade?

I was on 13.6.6.
As I wrote, I successfully upgrade to the version 13.6.7 with .exe.

I am glad to see that the exe file allowed you to upgrade without having any issues.
That being said, I have tested on my side the exe, msi and .zip and none of these package gave me the "A DLL is required for this install to complete" error during the installation process.
In the meantime, I will do more test to see if I am able to reproduce this issue.
I will notify you as soon as I have any update on that matter.
