FTP, SFTP, SCP - Add More Information To Interface

When downloading or uploading files to the remote host, the current interface only shows the following details:
Can additional details be shown on the interface so that there is more useful information such as:
If the settings are configurable, it will allow customization unique to each user's needs.

Hi,
We've improved the transfer progress look and added the progress percentage, current speed and estimated time. This will be available in RDM 14.
