VPNAddOn.dll 3.0.44.0 update loop

I'm being prompted to update VPNAddOn.dll to version 3.0.44.0 but when the application re-starts I'm prompted again to perform the same update.
Looking at the content of the vpn3.0.44.0.zip file the VPNAddOn.dll file reports it is version 3.0.43.0.
It seems that either the wrong .dll got packaged or the right .dll got versioned incorrectly.
