Report Entry Information - Software

Hello,

If you edit one of your RDP entry, click on the Information section on your left and then on the Software tab. This will allow you to populate which softwares are installed on your server.

You can also get this section populate by our application by pressing the Load from Inventory button present in the General tab.

thanks but that was not the question. Unfortunately, if we deposit software information here, it will not be displayed with a "Report Entry Information". Is there a possibility to change this?

I have executed the report on one of my RDP entry with some softwares saved in that Information area and they are displayed in the report.


In your case, are they present or not?

What version of RDM are you running?

thank you for your answer. Now that we have created a new entry, the information is also displayed. Previously we edited an imported entry.
Unfortunately, the server roles are not included in the report. Are there any possibilities to display these?

We are running version 13.6.6.0
