Error message unable to create new entry

Hello Devolutions,

I'm getting this error when I try to add a new entry URL, RDP, Putty, etc..

any idea what this error could be?

Your database files are full (most likely you ran out of disk space).

RDM provides a few cleanup actions to help you reduce your database size.

You can perform a 3 "Cleanup" actions


Also you can rebuild your indexes, Administration > Pack Data Source (Optimize) > Index Maintenance



The next step would then by to find out why this even happened. PowerShell script? Low disk space on the SQL Server VM? SQL file max size set to low?
