Different custom icons in the repositories

Hello,
why are the custom symbols different in the repositories ?

Are the any possibility to export/import this icons from one repository to the other one ?

Hello,
The custom icons list is loaded from the existing session icons found in the repository. There is no global image list. I think it could be a good idea to create an image catalogue.
