Ghost Folder in Web Browser View

RDM 13.6.5.0 64-Bit
Hello,
when i look on our Vault with the Web Browser, i see 2 Folder more, as if I look at it with the RDM.
2 Folder Kunden are not visible in RDM.
We have normally only one Folder with this name.

Hello,
Could you please check in the Database Diagnostic report in the DPS Console if you have Duplicate Folders?
If not, could you please try to reset IIS to see if this will resolve your issue?

After removing Duplicate Folders in the database, ghost folders are now gone.
If you experience the same issue, please post here or send us an email at support@devolutions.net and we will send you the steps to follow to remove those duplicate folders.
