13.6.4.0 unable to connect MS SQL datasorce
last known workin version was 13.6.2.0
MS SQL is "local" server, integrated security
test server and test database on datasource configuration is corking
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hello,
Could you try to edit your datasource via the File - Data Sources menu and press OK.
Then, you should be able to connect has expected.

we are seeing this same issue. We need the update to just work, not have to do extra steps after an upgrade.
tested edit datasource and this workaround worked for me
