RDM installation error

I am trying to install Remote Desktop Manager enterprise trial on a windows 10 system and recieve the following error:
The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package this may indicate a problem with this package the error code is 12007. I have downloaded the installation file many times and it still gives me this error. After I click ok another error message pops up that says: warning 4156. Failed to correctly acquire vcredist_86.exe file CRC error continue installation of remote desktop manager? I already have microsoft visual C++ 2005,2008, and 2010 installed on my system, do I have to install another version?

Could you make sure that all the pre-requisite softwares are installed on your computer

I have installed all the pre-requisites on the windows 10 system, i tried to install RDM on windows 7 Professional SP1, and it says this error in the picture below.
