SQL Management Studio Not Embedded

I have created a SQL Management Studio connection and I create a Command Line entry to open up SQL Management Studio without any preset connections, but none of them are Embedding into RDM. they all open SQL Management Studio externally when it is set to Embedded.
Any idea how to work around this?

Unfortunately SSMS doesn't support being embedded. We have to perform "magic" to embed the app and it doesn't work on all apps.
