SSH Gateway (jump Host) password field is greyed out
Hi,
we want to user ssh gateway in ssh shell, but we were not able to enter a password for the username, the field is greyed out.
See screenshot, is there anywhere a setting where we need to enable this?

What data source type are you connected to?

sorry i forgot to mention, we are connecting to devolution server 5.0.2 and use RDM 13.5.6.0

Thank you for the information.
Could you please check if the Disable password saving (tools) option is enabled in Administration - Data Source Settings - General - Password Policy? If you disable it, this will allow you to set a password for the SSH Gateway.
