ability to 'delay' web logins

We're having a few problems with certain websites where RDM isn't logging in properly because its trying to fill in the inputs too quickly.
It would be nice if there was a method to 'delay' login of a webpage for X seconds.

Specifically, if you attempt to login to nutanix acropolis web interfaces they use some kind of splash loading page that takes about 3 seconds before the login inputs are presented, which messes up the login for RDM.

I will ask our team to check this.

We added autofill delay option in the "Login" tab that is supported by Internet Explorer and Chrome. This should be available in the next patch.

Do you know which version this might be in? I didn't see anything related to a login delay in the 13.6.6 release notes.

Hello,

I had a quick chat with our engineering department regarding this and this should be available in RDM 14.
This version should be available later this year.

ok. Are you guys making any improvements in the web logins with the ability to support javascript buttons?
Or clicking buttons that don't have a 'name' or 'id' field in the HTML code?

A lot of online forms are moving towards using javascript for their 'login' buttons. And aren't using HTML for the click of the button, but rather a javascript function like 'onclick' and such.

Hello,
It's not simple to find a solution. We are still investigating but not found a perfect solution. It seems that sometime when we just to the submit, for some web site it's ok but not always.

Hello,

Some websites unfortunately do not allow us to autofill credentials, it's often a security measure taken by the website itself.

I'd like to know how you extracted the HTML IDs from the website ? If you did it using the "Discover" or "Automatic' button, could you try extracting them from the website itself using this method linked below ?

https://kb.devolutions.net/rdm_web_browser_web_authentication.html#method-2

If that doesn't work, are you able to autofill your credentials in the website using our Devolutions Web Login extension with your Chrome/Edge/Opera/Firefox browser ?

Let me know !

Hello, the Discover button never work for me :)
So I followed the article and extract the ID of the forms and input fields manually. This way I was able to pass credentials to VMware but Nutanix does not work

I didnt use the WebLogin extension yet, since its not the way I would like to go.

Hello,

In that case, there's seemingly nothing that we can do at the moment, as it is likely a security measure taken by Nutanix themselves to prevent autofill from external applications.

Would you happen to be able to provide me a URL I can use to test this on my end ?

You can send it to me through a private message and I would be able to test for myself if the website allows for autofill with RDM.

Let me know !
