I've only just started using this product, 24 days left on my trial, I'm finding it very useful and powerful. One feature which I found was the "Auto Close embedded tab on disconnect". This was available a week ago when I installed version 13.5.6.0, however tonight I got a popup advising of a new version which I promptly installed and now that feature is missing completely.
Whats the story?
Now I'm a little hesitant to actually purchase licenses if features are stripped like this without warning.
Hello,
I see what you mean.
Let me verify this with our engineering department and get back to you.

Hello,
That option was conflicting with another option that did the same thing. If you take a look in your entry, there is the "keep tab page opened on disconnect":
You can set it to true to keep the page opened if there's a disconnect, or false to close it. If you choose default, it will choose the value set in File > Options > Types:
We don't usually remove options since we know a lot of our users have varying needs. In this case since there already was an option that did the same thing, we removed it so our users weren't confused by the behavior if they found both options and tried to use them at the same time.
If you encounter any issue with this, let us know and we'll see what we can do :)
Regards,
Hubert Mireault

Thanks guys for the prompt response and detailed explanation. I was concerned as I was not able to see anything in the change notes for update regarding the removal, obviously I jumped to the wrong conclusion.
The above feature you have pointed me to works better than the old feature, much more intuitive.
Thanks Again :)
