Weblogin extension not entering credentials

Do you use Chrome, Firefox or Opera?

By automatically entering credentials do you mean on page load without having to select the credentials?

I have tried https://account.meraki.com/secure/login/dashboard_login and I am not able to reproduce your issue.

What is your data source type? What is the credentials type in the session?

For the infinite loop, can you go to RDM and do the following:
Help -> Profiler -> Debug Only -> Debug level 26

Afterwards go to a site where you have this infinite loop and send the results of the profiler to the support.

Sorry, my message was incomplete.
I'm using Vivaldi (Chromium based), but I'm experiencing the same issue with Chrome. (to be clear, 6.0.2.0 worked fine for both)
I'm experiencing this issue when choosing the credentials from te popover panel using the icon next to the address bar.
The datasource is RDM.


I have the infinite spinner on every site. The profiler doesn't log anything when the spinner appears. I only have this specific issue with Vivaldi, not with Chrome.

What are the field ids in your session for the website: https://account.meraki.com/secure/login/dashboard_login
If you use a Data Entry (Web Login) session, you can find them in More Settings.
In the case of a Web Browser (http/https) session, you can find them in Login tab -> HTML Control id tab.

In my session for https://account.meraki.com/secure/login/dashboard_login I have the following:
Username ID: email
Password ID: password
It also works without any ID specified in the session which forces the extension to discover them but in case wrong ids are specified, Web Login won't fill the fields.

For the issue with Vivaldi, we have been able to reproduce it and we will investigate it.

I've the same IDs "email" and "password".
I'm using a "Web Browser" entry in RDM, which works fine when starting it embedded/tabbed.

A fix for the Vivaldi issue will be available in the next Web Login version.

For the filling issue, can you for testing purposes, remove the id fields in the session where you have issues and go the page to see if the filling is done? Web Login should be able to find them by itself and fill the fields.

Removing the IDs helps (for web login). But this (of course) breaks the automatic login within RDM (embedded).
